What we collect

We collect the details needed to create the book, such as child first name, age, broad character preferences, sibling names if supplied, Bali stops, activities and checkout contact details.

How we use it

We use order details to create and deliver the personalised book, prepare the listen-along story, provide support and send the emails needed to complete your order.

Email follow-up

For now we only send order emails, such as checkout receipts, download help and replies when you write to us. We are not sending sibling offers, abandoned-checkout reminders or marketing updates while our customer tools are switched off. When those tools are on, we may send occasional family emails, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Who we are

Payments and processors

Card payments are processed by Stripe. To create your book we use hosting (Vercel) and may use AI tools (for example OpenAI for story and illustration help, and ElevenLabs for listen-along audio). These providers may process order content, and some of this processing may take place outside Australia.

What we do not do

We do not sell family or child details. We do not use supplied child details for fake testimonials or public examples.
