What do I receive?

You receive a personalised printable Bali storybook, activity pack and QR listen-along story. The book is designed for A4 printing or tablet colouring. It is a digital product — a printed book is not posted to you.

What does it cost?

One personalised storybook with listen-along audio is A$29 including GST. There are no hidden fees, and the book is yours to print as many times as you like.

How long does delivery take?

The printable book opens right after checkout. The listen-along story can take a few minutes the first time, then stays saved on the same QR link.

Can I email the book?

Yes. Use the email or copy-link buttons on the download page. That is usually better than sending the PDF as an attachment.

Can I print it?

Yes. Print at home or at a local print shop on A4. Double-sided printing is roughly 25-30 sheets. Children can also colour pages on a tablet.

Can I make one for another child?

Yes. You can buy another book for a sibling or another child any time through the same builder. If you would like a hand, email hello@beforewegobooks.au. We do not currently send automatic sibling offers.

What if something looks wrong?

Email hello@beforewegobooks.au with the child name and order details. If we made the mistake, we fix it free. See our refunds page for the full policy.

What is the listen-along audio?

Each book includes a QR code. Scan it with a phone camera and the story plays aloud with a gentle voice — great for the flight, the airport or quiet time. No app needed.

Is the artwork an exact likeness?

No. Character details guide the illustration style, but the book is not a portrait service. Hair colour, age and broad character style are treated as creative guidance.
